Appliances, floors, and plumbing are all high quality. The pool deck and common area are fantastic. The gym by Equinox is super clean and very well maintained. “I’ve been living here for 6 months and absolutely love it!! My apartment was super clean when I moved in, and it’s so quiet. I hardly ever hear noise from other apartments. Maintenance is very quick to respond and always takes care of any issues. They also do a wonderful job keeping the public spaces and the landscaping well done. Everything is always super clean and looks great! The location is also amazing – it’s super close to everything and has lots of shopping areas/restaurants close by! They also host little events and workout classes for their residents for free, which I really enjoy. My only area of improvement is that it can be hard to reach someone in the office. I often have to call 3 or 4 times throughout the day, which can get a little bit frustrating, but I’ve never needed anything urgent, and I know they’re busy. You can also send your questions to the office through their app, and they usually respond within 24 hours, so that’s a nice option as well. But overall, I enjoy living here – it’s definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at!!!”
